One thought I have and even asked a few seniors, is requiring all seniors to do a senior project.

I thought the amount of work you, Michele, did was evident with the accountability required of each student. The blogs were great and offered the students a routine to follow as they reflected on each day, then each week. The exhibit was a great way for all to see the different types of projects and the thoroughness which most put into their work. The students I spoke with found the experience positive as they were then able to consider whether they'd like to pursue work in the field which their project covered. I was impressed with the seriousness the students approached the whole process with and was not disappointed with the work which resulted. I would like to have seen Britt's self-evaluation before the committee meeting so I could have been better prepared to ask questions. Shirley
